Through photography, film and writing I try to capture the ethereal qualities of everyday community life in Britain.

and she was gone....
Vanish To pass from a visible to an invisible state; to go out of sight; to disappear; to fade; as, vapor vanishes from the sight by being dissipated; a ship vanishes from the sight of spectators on land. |

Wells Firework Factory
I took this shot a couple years ago on an urban exploration trip to Wells Firework Factory in Dartford. Painted this rubbishy picture to go with it.
White House by the River
I took this shot in Woodbridge last week. On the other side of the Deben river stood this solitary white house amongst the quiet Suffolk countryside. I really like this photo for some reason. It's kind of symbolic of the human condition. Remote and longing...
I also found this photo of artist Edward Hoppers white house together with one of his stunning paintings. Thanks Ron!

The Colour Blue
Beautiful day yesterday! I took the first shot at Battersea Park, the second at Neptune Marina and the last one at Felixtowe. It was so nice driving through the Suffolk countryside, we even spotted a hot air balloon.

Ye Stone Lady
I took these while walking around Holborn last night. This statue of a lady representing fine art looked stunning and quite beautiful behind the dark starry sky. My cameraphone doesn't take good night shots, but I quite liked how the edits turned out.
On a different note, I just want to say thank you to everyone who's been commenting and following my blog. The great thing about blogging is you get to connect and share with so many people from all around the world. I feel like I've learnt so much from you guys, through reading your posts and looking at your inspiring photos and artworks! Its given me a pretty cool insight, thanks. :-)
